Description of Project: I am working on an experimental setup using two-photon laser induced fluorescence (TALIF) to measure neutral particle densities in Hall Thrusters. By measuring the neutral densities, a better understanding of how the plume affects thruster performance will be gained. Currently, I am working on both spatial and temporal reconstructions of neutral densities to understand the dynamic relationship of the plasma plume.
